SayToType transforms speech into editable text using AI-powered speech recognition technology. The Service:

• Works on Windows and macOS platforms
• Uses cloud-based AI services from third-party providers including OpenAI
• Provides accurate transcription of voice messages, audio notes, dictation, and live speech
• Does not store your audio data or transcribed text on our servers

3. Your Content and Privacy

Input and Output

When you use our Service, you provide audio input ("Input") and receive text output ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content."

Ownership

You retain ownership of your Input and own the Output generated by our Service.

No Data Storage

We do not store your audio recordings or transcribed text. All Content is processed in real-time and immediately deleted after processing.

Third-Party Processing

Your Input is sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and do not use your data to train their models.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to record or transcribe another person's speech without their knowledge and consent
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use the Service to create content that violates intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to generate harmful, defamatory, or misleading content

5. Paid Services

Subscription Plans

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. We will automatically charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

Payment

You must provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will always be accurate or error-free.

Output Accuracy

AI-generated transcriptions may contain inaccuracies. You should review and verify all Output before relying on it for important purposes.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to us or other users, or for other legitimate business reasons.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution
